(1) What is MCCL(Metal Copper Clad Laminate)?

MCCL is a laminated board with heat dissipating prepreg between aluminum plate and cop-per foil and PCB fabricated with MCCL is called M-PCB.
According to development of ecofriendly LED, high thermal conductive aluminum based M-CCL has been adopted to make LED’s heat dissipation better. Now it is mainly used for LED light applications i.e. TV, lighting, automobile, etc..
